I have been a customer of National research, llc for a few years now and I must say that their services are truly average. I appreciate their attention to detail and their prompt response to my inquiries. However, there is room for improvement. There have been a few instances where I have experienced delays in receiving the information I needed. Overall, I would give them a 3 out of 5 stars.
