I've been a customer of Telrex for over a year now...

I've been a customer of Telrex for over a year now, and I have to say that their service is average at best. The website is clunky and difficult to navigate, which can be frustrating when trying to find information or make changes to my account. The customer support is also lackluster, with long wait times and unhelpful responses. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Telrex as there are better options out there.
