I had a terrible experience with a guitar I bought...

I had a terrible experience with a guitar I bought from Lays guitar shop. The strings were constantly out of tune and the guitar had cosmetic damages. I reached out to their customer service, but they were unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue. I do not recommend Lays guitar shop.
