I had a mixed experience with Kwidil. While their website design is top-notch and user-friendly, I found their customer service to be quite lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response from their support team, and even then, the answers provided were not very helpful. However, I must say that their products are of excellent quality and the prices are reasonable. Overall, I would rate them as average.
