Been ordering from these guys for 10+ years. I've only called two or three times and recently spoke with Alexa, who helped me with a difficult HP LCD assembly replacement. She was right on the money. As usual, the part arrived quickly, flawlessly packaged, and worked great. I've only returned one part in all this time, and even that was easy as could be.
