I've got to agree with lth 44 to the letter. I had the exact same experience. We needed two pieces of equipment for one day's use, and had to agree to a minimum 14-day billing period since they didn't do anything smaller. One piece of equipment was non-functioning on arrival. They said we broke the second piece of equipment (which was working fine for us while in our custody). Billed for late charges and the 'repair' costs without my consent to my personal credit card and without any form of discussion. How this company's reputation hasn't buried them is beyond me. Terrible (ongoing) experience with them.
