I had a mixed experience with Valenor. Some of their products are great, but others fell short of my expectations. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I had some issues with the customer service. They were slow to respond and didn't fully address my concerns. Overall, I would say Valenor is an average company.
