I had a bad experience with another agent so i wanted to switch agents. I called headquarters to obtain the process for switching. Since i moved to Lansing i wanted to patronize an agent out here. On my walks, i noticed Hugh Smith State Farm agency and wanted him as my agent. While it was taking the old agent over three months to handle a policy issue, that he never got resolved. It took Hugh maybe three days with the COVID pandemic. He and his staff were so professional and they made me feel like i was the only client they had. I wish i had started with him and his team. Great work guys and thanks for excepting me into the Hugh family.
