I recently stayed at Mandarin Oriental Milano and had an average experience. The staff was polite but lacked the extra level of warmth and attentiveness I expected from a luxury hotel. The room was clean but felt a bit outdated. The location is convenient but not as central as I had hoped. The breakfast was satisfactory, but there could have been more variety. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I expected more from a hotel of this caliber.
