I am a CUSTOMER and I rate Mail in a Box as average. The email service provided by Mail in a Box is good, but I have had a few minor issues with occasional delays in email delivery. Nevertheless, their customer support has always been helpful in resolving any issues promptly. Overall, it's a decent service for the price.
