I recently purchased a microwave from an online store and I have mixed feelings about it. While the microwave itself works fine, I had some issues with the delivery. The packaging was not as secure as I would have liked, which resulted in a small dent on the microwave. Although the customer service was responsive and offered a refund, the overall experience could have been better. In terms of performance, the microwave meets my needs, but the purchasing process needs improvement.
