I am a CUSTOMER and I rate Fortress group, inc. as average. While their website fortressgroupinc.com is easy to navigate and provides the necessary information, I felt that the customer service could have been more responsive. The quality of their service was satisfactory, but there was room for improvement. Overall, my experience was decent, but not outstanding.
