Horrible service. We decided to enroll my daughter at Figures Table View. After a few months she decided to no longer participate due to many lessons that were skipped and due to the time consumption as she was in matric at that time ( September till November) and requested a cancellation of the contract. We had never received a copy of the contract we signed. We had called, sent messages and emails to no avail. We needed the contract to cancel so they could stop the debit order, which they continued thus deducting money from my account despite my daughter no longer participating in the classes . Initially we were told that it was 30 days notice for cancellation of contract and they promised to send the contract after our first payment but that was never received. No one repsonded to our complaints till much later only recieving the contract months after giving notice of departure from Figures. Definitely a money making scheme. They are still deducting money from us as we speak despite request to cancel. My daughter had last minute decided to withdraw from the upcoming event before leaving the classes. Only to find out after looking at the pictures that were posted that all the girls in her class ( which were all black, colored and she was the only Indian girl) had no pictures of them on the companies socials and also had won no rewards. Subtle racism had definitely been shown as her class had only girls of colour and was the last class of the day. It is very sad to see this happening when this is meant to be a place for opportunities for the young girls not a place to rob them.
