I had a mixed experience at Cumberland Gallery. While the artwork was impressive, the staff seemed disinterested and provided minimal assistance. It would be great if they could be more engaging and knowledgeable about the artists and their works. Overall, the gallery has potential but needs improvement in terms of customer service.
