I recently hired a property management company for my rental property and decided to go with Belgarde. Overall, the experience was average. They were responsive and handled maintenance requests promptly. However, I felt that their communication could have been better. There were a few instances where I had to follow up to get updates on certain issues. Nevertheless, they managed to address all the concerns effectively. I would consider using their services again, but I hope to see improvements in their communication.
