I have been a customer of Ensafrica for the past year and I must say that their services have been average. The customer support is responsive and helpful, but the overall experience is not exceptional. There have been a few instances where I faced delays in getting updates on my case, which was quite frustrating. However, the team eventually resolved the issue and I appreciate their efforts. Overall, Ensafrica provides a decent service, but there is certainly room for improvement.
