I recently had the opportunity to work with the Volta River Authority and I must say, it was an average experience. The customer service was satisfactory, but there were a few areas where improvement is needed. The website was a bit outdated and could benefit from a modern redesign. Overall, though, I found the company to be reliable and professional.
