Bwl INC is an average company. Their customer service needs improvement. I had an issue with my order and it took multiple emails and phone calls to get it resolved. The quality of their products is also just average. I expected more for the price I paid. Overall, I wouldn't highly recommend Bwl INC, but it's not the worst company out there.
