I had a mixed experience with apex PROaupair. While the live-in child care service they provided was adequate, I found the overall experience to be underwhelming. The communication with the au pair was often strained and I felt that the company could have provided more support. However, the hiring process was smooth and the au pair we eventually selected was competent and caring. Overall, I would rate apex PROaupair as average.
