I recently came across this company's website and was intrigued by their concept of giving back through their products. I decided to try their services and was fairly satisfied with the overall experience. The website was user-friendly and navigating through the different products was easy. I ordered a gift box for a friend and the packaging was nicely done. However, there were a few issues with the delivery as it took longer than expected, and communication regarding the delay could have been better. Additionally, the product itself was average in terms of quality and design. The price was reasonable, but I feel that there are other companies out there offering similar products at competitive prices.
