I recently purchased some bullion from this company and I must say, my experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products to choose from. However, the overall customer service left much to be desired. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the responses were not very helpful or informative.

Additionally, the shipping process was quite slow. It took longer than expected for my order to arrive, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on its status. The packaging was adequate, but could have been more secure.

While the products themselves were of good quality, the overall experience with this company was just average. I would recommend them if you don't mind slow response times and a less-than-stellar customer service experience.
