I recently had the opportunity to work with ACP Consulting LLC and overall, it was an average experience. The company website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries, and even then, the responses were not very helpful or comprehensive. When it came to the actual consultation, the consultant seemed knowledgeable but lacked the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts. I also felt that the pricing was on the higher side compared to other similar consulting companies. While ACP Consulting LLC did provide some valuable insights, I believe there is room for improvement in their communication and customer support areas.
