I recently visited Emerald Retirement Residence in Niagara Falls and I was very disappointed with the overall experience. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. The rooms were small and cramped, and the food was bland and tasteless. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for a retirement residence.
