You can tell just how unprofessional this company is just from how they respond to negative reviews. Stating that the customer has never even been within the database just makes it clear that you are blatantly lying. You also are stating personal information within your replies to certain reviews. Often stating amounts of money and dates of which money has been transferred which I m pretty sure is against GDPR and is obviously very bad for your companies image/reputation. You also have a Wix website which doesn t exactly scream trustworthy for me. Just to be clear before I get called out for not being a client I am not a client and I never will be. My partner was contacted by this company through an unsolicited email stating that someone had referred the company to him when this definitely did not happen. Thank you for reading this review, I hope it will allow this sorry excuse of a company to make a few adjustments to how they treat their clients.
