I recently had the opportunity to engage in counseling services through this company's website. The user-friendly interface made it easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I was hoping for a more personalized experience and a quicker response time from the team. The counselors were professional and knowledgeable, but I felt like I needed a little more attention and understanding. Overall, the experience was average. It would have been wonderful to feel more connected and supported during my sessions. The website's resources were helpful, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of providing individualized care and prompt communication.🙂
