My experience with L'aiguille magique was average....

My experience with L'aiguille magique was average. The website was easy to use and the products were satisfactory. However, the customer service was a bit slow in responding to my inquiries and the resolution of a minor issue was not completely satisfactory. Overall, it was an okay experience.
