The 3.5 years at Feathersoft was a journey of mixed experiences.

Had a chance to work with some awesome team and to participate in some extra activities like cricket , football , carroms, TT, and events like potluck, office day etc .

Beware of some Teamleaders who will smile at you and give reports to the management even for your smallest mistakes and give a totally negative impression about you to the management .

Good to see that they have recently initiated quarterly team outings .

It is an "employee friendly' company, i.e employees are very friendly.

Overall it's a decent company if you are assigned to the right project under right Team lead.,

Otherwise you will end up in a mess.
