Probably one of the worst experiences in a hotel stay in my life. Hour wait to get into pool, restaurant food 3 times the prices and not very good, table service (lack there of) is horrible and a forget any respect from door guy getting into your room. Very over priced hotel for what you get. Planet Hollywood is 100x better. Save your money and book there. If i could cancel my room for the following night I would. Disappointed to say the least.
