I had a mixed experience with Finlay Brewer. While the agent I worked with initially was very helpful and responsive, communication became disjointed as the sale progressed. It often felt like I was chasing for updates rather than the agent proactively keeping me informed. The process took longer than expected with unnecessary delays. While the end result was satisfactory, the overall experience was below my expectations.
