My experience with Decotel ltd was average. The website was easy to use, but the delivery took longer than expected. The customer service was responsive, but the issue could have been resolved more quickly. The quality of the products was decent, but not exceptional. Overall, I would consider buying from Decotel again if they improve their delivery and product quality.
