This review is coming a couple months late since we have returned back to Los Angeles. We had a wonderful and memorable stay at the Fairmont Peace Hotel. Great character its a Art Deco land Mark Hotel with lots of charm. We arranged to use the car service through the hotel which was very affordable compared to what the travel agent had quoted us. The professional and friendly greeting when we arrived waiting for us patiently to get through security and retrieve our bags.
Kevin from the hotel greeted us as soon as we came out of the doors and we proceeded to meet the driver. He helped with our bags and even though his English limited he was very warm and caring.

We arrived to hotel and we were greeted by Lily Li Director of Guest Experience. She was so welcoming and friendly . My family felt so special with her warm greeting. Lily talked to us and shared some highlights of hotel when we reached the elevator to head up to rooms. I thought she was taking us to front desk. She introduced us to a employee that was going to walk us up to our rooms and check us in there. Our travel was 15 hours and it was so relaxing and easy to check in. The rooms where nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. I can't say enough about how friendly everyone was and accommodating to my family.

The buffet breakfast was amazing. We included in the price of room charge and it was so worth it. Fresh fruit, noodles made to order , dim sum, cold cuts...you name it the had it. Oh and fresh squeezed juices!

The concierge service was fantastic as well. Location is perfect across the street is the Bund promenade.
I would recommend the Fairmont Peace Hotel!

Can't wait to visit again. Thank you for the fabulous stay and memories for my family.
