Yesterday (Sunday) after pulling my vehicle into the garage a cable on my 16' door broke, trapping both of our vehicles in the garage! After trying to contact another company I got a hold of Tammy at Grand Traverse Garage doors at about 9:30AM, she told me that they would have a technician out to the house early afternoon which I thought was fantastic! Even better Nick pulled up at approx. 11:00AM and by noon the door was fixed! Excellent, friendly service, thought that we may be stuck at home for a few days but GT Garage door had us free to travel by noon!! GT Garage Door you have my business!!
