I had a mixed experience with Ex-agency. Some aspects were good, while others were disappointing. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the customer service was below average. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate Ex-agency as average.
