Came in ready to buy a car. Had a big down payment, my own financing ready & a credit score of over 800. Man, this place really doesn t like to sell cars at all. Absolutely no wiggle room on the price. They have ridiculous markup s on a 4 year old used car. Even a reasonable offer is not accepted here. Go yourself a favor & go somewhere else. Management really need to either be retrained here or replaced. I guess they hold off on selling cars unless they see someone walking in who hasn t done their homework & who is someone they can take for a ride. The ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one is because of the salesperson, Paola. She was very nice & personable. But, the management? Ughhh. See comments above for details. Again, go somewhere else. You ll thank me.
