I had a mixed experience with Mansotec gmbh. The customer service was average, but the quality of their products was great. I found their website easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. However, I had some issues with a few of the items I ordered. The company did resolve these issues promptly, which I appreciated. Overall, I would rate Mansotec gmbh as average.
