Stayed with my friend here for a few months and there were creepy people in an apartment near us. There were about 7 people living in one apartment. When I went outside to walk the dog at least one of them would stand in the street and watch me the ENTIRE time. It made me very uncomfortable and unsafe. Also, the staff are very rude.
