This was te old Comeng factory. I was there when we were designing and starting to build SS trains for Victoria. Our ongoing work was Z class trams as well as chassis rails for IHC and Kenworth. I enjoyed my three years there and met a lot of great and talented people. My engineering dept was able to achieve great things through innovative design. Sad to see it foreign owned. I have not been there for years.
