i truly hope the management read this,
my lad was made redundant after just coming up to 1 year,
so no redundancy payment was given,
Hed given his all to Cartwrights.
in at 730am, and coming home absolutely filthy, each and every day,
never late never cheeky, getting up for college at 630am once a week,
just in the hope they'd take him on so he could save up and get a car,
in sure ultimately the managers and directors will be ok,
but the lads like mine were just cast aside and used as cheap labour,

i cant imagine how the blokes with families must feel,
all because in the dim and distant past there had been some kind of a disagreement, hundreds of people are out of work
i hope your pleased with yourselves
