Hell, for all i know these guys might be the greatest contractors in the state of Missouri. However, since i was never called back after having left them recorded messages and speaking with 2 different office girls on a total of 5 separate occasions over the span of 2 months in regards to 2 separate jobs (as I decided to try them again after not having my calls returned on the first occasion that I sought to hire them) I guess I will never know. I can get over being overlooked by a busy estimator, to an extent but there is a limit. I am accustomed to, at a minimum, having my calls returned when I contact a service provider if for nothing more than to be told that they are overbooked and cannot accommodate me at the time, not being ignored entirey. Honestly, if you are too busy to take on any new customers then I'm happy for you, you are doing something right, but if you don't take the time to turn down work politely then eventually people will stop calling.
