I am a customer of Chromatic fm and I must say that their service is average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I feel that the overall experience could be improved. The customer support team is helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. I would recommend Chromatic fm to others, but with some reservations.
