I own and rent out a building in Escondido. One 12'x12' overhead door(40 years old) finally gave up so I contacted a prominent realtor building owner friend in North County and he recommended DSR in Vista to do the job. Apparently he always uses them because they are reasonable and reliable. I contacted their office in Vista and spoke with Samantha. She arranged for the installer to go out and check it out. I priced doors from 3 different companies and DSR was the most reasonable.1 day later the new door was installed and working perfectly.Thanks DSR.
