My recent trip booked through Ritual Holidays was satisfactory. The website, ritualholidays.com, provided all the necessary information and the booking process was smooth. However, I felt that the tour could have been better organized and the accommodations were just average. The customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Overall, it was an average experience.
