The water aerobics at the YMCA pool is wonderful! ...

The water aerobics at the YMCA pool is wonderful! It starts at 7:15 am. The exercises are easy in the water and your body gets the benefit! After class many of us go in the hot tub or walk the lazy river. I just feel more healthy after the water experiences and I am not a swimmer.
