I had a mixed experience with the company Hpl prototypes. The quality of their products was good, and the website was easy to use. However, the customer service was inconsistent. Sometimes they responded quickly and addressed my concerns, but other times it took longer than expected to get a response. Overall, I would rate Hpl prototypes as average.
