I recently took a vacation with Blue bird leisure & holidays ltd. and it was an average experience. The overall service was good, but nothing too outstanding. The travel arrangements were decent, although there were a few hiccups along the way. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but lacked enthusiasm. Overall, it was an okay trip.
