The classes at Croft Taekwondo Academy are excellent. The instructors are knowledgeable and take the time to explain the techniques in detail. The training sessions are well-structured and provide a good balance of technical drills, conditioning exercises, and sparring. The academy has a positive and supportive atmosphere, which makes it a great place to train. I have seen significant improvements in my skills since joining. Highly recommend!
