I recently hired a branding agency for my business, and overall, my experience was okay. The agency did a decent job in understanding my requirements and delivering a satisfactory end result. However, I felt that they lacked a certain level of creativity and attention to detail. The communication was average, and I had to follow-up quite frequently to get updates. While I appreciate their effort, I believe there is room for improvement in their services.
