I have lived in multiple properties managed by Summit Property Management, LLC and they have been consistently good at their job. The management is always professional and helpful. They take care of any maintenance issues in a timely manner. The website is user-friendly and makes it easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requests. I would definitely recommend them.
