I had a mixed experience with Smith Research Development & Support Corporation. While the website was informative and the products seemed good, I had some issues with their customer support. It took them too long to resolve my queries, and I felt neglected at times. However, once my concerns were addressed, the overall experience improved. I hope they work on improving their support system.
