Impressive modern space, a great venue for an art museum and live performances. The Euro-centric art collection, reminiscent of The Met's in New York, is impressive although it gets repetitious after a while (stay home if nudes offend you as you'll see them at every turn). The special exhibition on Jean Renoir made me want to see his films. And finally, the live concert during our visit was fantastic!

Prior to our visit, I didn't really know much about Albert Barnes, the museum's founder, and I left barely knowing the man as there was very little mention of him. Maybe he just didn't want to draw attention to himself, unlike other art collectors like JP Morgan and Henry Frick.
